**1. Booking Procedure:**
1.1 To secure a booking, clients are required to provide valid government-issued identification and make full payment in advance.
1.2 Booking dates and times are subject to availability and will be formally confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
**2. Liabilities:**
2.1 The recording studio shall not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio by clients.
2.2 Clients are financially liable for any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities during the course of their session.
**3. Rates:**
3.1 Studio rates are clearly outlined in the current pricing list and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
3.2 Additional fees may be applicable for extended sessions, specialized services, or the use of specific equipment.
**4. Cameras:**
4.1 The recording studio reserves the right to document sessions for promotional purposes only with explicit client consent.
**5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
5.1 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
5.2 Clients may request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, contingent upon studio availability. Attempting to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a cancellation.
**6. Studio Policies:**
6.1 Clients must adhere to all studio rules and guidelines throughout their session.
6.2 Any behavior deemed disruptive, destructive or inappropriate may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
**7. Intellectual Property:**
7.1 Clients retain exclusive rights to their intellectual property created during the session. Clients are highly encouraged to leave session with ALL files. Studio holds no responsibility for retaining or delivering files.
7.2 The recording studio may seek permission to use excerpts for promotional purposes, crediting the client appropriately.
**8. Force Majeure:**
8.1 The recording studio is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical malfunctions.
**9. Indemnification:**
9.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold the recording studio harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the studio facilities.
**10. Jurisdiction:**
10.1 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jeffrey Turner, Adam Catania, and Nathan Smith.
By engaging in the booking process with the recording studio, clients acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
